6 years as Production manager of the largest Portuguese PVC work-boots injection factory, responsible for the manufacture, planning and control of all production Sector with130 people, including finish lines, packaging and textile manufacture, raw material stocks and recycling.
17 years as Production manager in two distinct plastic injection companies, same responsibilities as above, plus definition and control of all the molds for plastic injection, member of the Administration board, Buying department and IT sectors. Startup of several production lines, including injection, plastic welding, serigraphy. Quality certification according to 9002 ISO Quality Assurance System, later to 9001 ISO (own product conception).
6 years Project, implantation and start up of new plastic injection company created specifically to inject high production technical parts, fully automated and robotized, from zero to start in 8 months, including Industrial licensing. Start, control and full management of the company for 5 years.
Started programming in Cobol 32 years ago. Then in Assembler
with my good old Spectrum machine 25 years ago, and never stopped
since.
Programming in C and Delphi
now for some years.
Built a few Linux servers and workstations, some of which still
work non-stop after 12 years, working as email, web and network
servers.
Programming, computers, IT communications, auto mechanics - and, of course,
my family.
